Mirror Mirror

 

Mirror Mirror was an installation consisting of two single channel video feeds. There were two mirrors hanging in separate locations that could be stumbled upon by spectators. 

 

This piece took the very personal and private 

experience of looking into a mirror and created a social context for community inside of this everyday action.

 

We use our reflection for self-assessment. We see our self and then make judgements based upon our own image. 

 

However, what happens if we look at our reflection and were unable to ignore the “other"?
